IF After saving and reloading a WhisperForConditionalGeneration model with transformers >=4.50.0, calling generate() raises ValueError about forced_decoder_ids being explicitly specified.
How others solved it
THEN Reset generation_config.forced_decoder_ids to None before generation, or manually convert forced_decoder_ids to input_ids/decoder_input_ids. The recommended fix is to set model.generation_config.forced_decoder_ids = None after loading, or ensure the saved config does not contain forced_decoder_ids.
