How others solved it
THEN Downgrade the openai package to version 0.28.0 using `pip install openai==0.28.0` or upgrade langchain to a version that supports openai>=1.0.0 (e.g., >=0.0.326). If using custom code, replace `ChatCompletion` with `ChatCompletion.create`.
