agent: ai_agents

When does this happen?

IF When using LangChain's Replicate class to call public Replicate models like Llama 3, the class requires a specific version hash, but Replicate's own API does not require it for public models and the version is not easily discoverable.

How others solved it

THEN Update the LangChain Replicate wrapper to make the version parameter optional for public models. When omitted, the wrapper should automatically use the latest version of the model. Refer to Replicate's JavaScript SDK PR #169 which already made version optional. This change will align LangChain with Replicate's current API behavior.

Instead of requiring `model="meta/meta-llama-3-70b-instruct:version_hash"`, allow `model="meta/meta-llama-3-70b-instruct"` and internally fetch the latest version if no hash is provided.
