IF Using arize-phoenix-otel version 0.10.0 with register() and batch=True or auto_instrument=True causes UnboundLocalError due to undefined span_processor in _tracing_details().

How others solved it

THEN Upgrade arize-phoenix-otel to version 0.10.1 or later. As a temporary workaround, downgrade to 0.9.2 or manually set up the tracer provider using OpenTelemetry SDK with SimpleSpanProcessor and OTLP exporter, then attach instrumentation manually.
